Welcome to Birmingham's only True Underground Dance Music Venue, Banging Birmingham out Till Dawn & Beyond Every Weekend !! We're Open Thursday Night Till Sunday Morning hosting every Type of Music. Subway is the Attitude Free Venue where people from all backgrounds can come together and dance all night. There are no strangers here, only friends you have yet to meet !! All Colours, All Nations, All Persuasions ... Join Us, Subway x Subway City is a Large Underground Nightclub Venue comprising of 4 large, high roofed brick arches underneath the train lines. Within this space there is room for 1000 people covering 7 rooms to enjoy themselves within, including 5 Bars and a Restaurant. The Building has always been a Nightclub / Bar for the last 60 Years, only when Bill Gavan took over were the adjacent arches taken over and turned into part of the complex. The Large Brick Arches are perfect for the reverberation of sound and no sound can escape. Within the Main Arena the 15kw JBL Sound System, although ave size, makes a 100dB sound. With 7 Rooms and 3 Dancefloors there is plenty of Space for many different types of Music and Crowds, also 5 bars to cater for everyone's refreshments. There is also a Cafe for some food. Hot food and cold food all made freshly on the premises. Also Sold in the cafe are a range of energy bars, chocolates, chews and a variety of drinks. We also have 30 Helpful and politely trained Staff on hand so you never have to wait to be served at Subway. Our licence allows us to cater for many types of club nights. We have a 4am Entertainment and Alcohol licence Sunday - Thursday and 6am Friday and 8am Saturday with Entertainment Covering 24 hour over the whole Weekend.
